UkrSibbank Private Banking Takes Part in Moscow Panel Discussion on Lifestyle Management Efficiency in Private Banking

In November 2009 UkrSibbank Private Banking took part in panel discussion Private Banking: Sharing the Experience on Lifestyle Management Efficiency held in Moscow. The invitees of the meeting included leading top-managers and managers of Private Banking business lines of Russian, Ukrainian and European banks. Oleksiy Gusev, the main expert on Private Banking of Russian Academy of State Service by the President of the Russian Federation acted as moderator of the discussion.
Participants discussed the development and evolution of loyalty programs and Lifestyle Management. Special attention was paid to the issue of using concierge service as an instrument to reinforce loyalty of VIP-clients.
