Charter capital of UkrSibbank to increase by UAH 500mln
On the 19th of September the General Meeting of Shareholders of JSCIB «UkrSibbank» took place in the city of Kyiv at which it was made a decision to increase the charter capital of the Bank by UAH 500 000 000.00 up to UAH 3 075 000 000.00 and to arrange the closed (private) placing of the fifteenth issue shares.
