Purchase agreement of JSIB «UkrSibbank’s» 51% stock is signed
On the 20 of December 2005 the official agreement signing ceremony on purchase of JSIB «UkrSibbank’s» 51% stock. The acquirer is French BNP Paribas. 49% stock of JSIB «UkrSibbank» remains the property of the former shareholders of the Bank.
